Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading facilities management organisation, managing one of the largest MOD PFI contracts in the UK. Working on this long term contract you will be responsible for providing advice on contractual obligations, commercial issues, contractual interpretation and commercial risk management. Develop, implement and maintain internal commercial processes and procedures to support this.

• Educated to degree level
• Commercial/legal lead on a PFI/PPP contract or similar
• Background of contract management and governance in PFI/PPP or similar contracts
• Ability to identify and manage non-operational contract obligations
• Excellent knowledge and application of contract law
