Referral rewards scheme

We are always on the look-out for exceptionally bright and talented individuals for our vacancies.

Personal recommendations are very important to us, and from our experience good people tend to know other good people.

If you refer a friend or colleague to us that we don’t already know and we subsequently place them in a role, we’ll reward you up to £500.

You can either register via our website or just forward your friends details to info@thomassearch.co.uk stating “Referral Rewards” in the subject box and we’ll do the rest.

Thomas Search referral rewards scheme terms and conditions

The Thomas Search introduction scheme provides a reward payment in return for the introduction of candidates. The payment is provided only when Thomas Search have successfully placed the individual in a permanent position under the scheme and subject to the following conditions:

• The candidate is not already registered with us (or we have not had contact with the candidate for 2 years).
• You must register the candidate via our website or by sending an email with your contact details, the name, email, phone number and job title of the candidate you are introducing to info@thomassearch.co.uk.
• Thomas Search confirm in writing acceptance of the candidate on to the scheme.
• Where the same candidate is introduced by more than one person, only the first application received will qualify for a scheme.
• We successfully place the candidate with a client within 6 months of the date of your introduction.
• Once placed, the candidate must continue in the employment for a minimum period of 12 weeks, after which the reward will be paid.
• In the event of a disputed reward, the company’s decision shall be final.
• We retain the right to change the conditions of or cancel the scheme without written notice.
