Job Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to join the capital works department of a leading facilities management organisation, managing one of the largest MOD PFI contracts in the UK. Working on this long term contract you will be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of various construction projects from pre-construction through to final accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor educated to NVQ Level 3 or above.
• Degree and professional affiliation desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• The ability to obtain UK security clearance.
