Job Description

Working for an award winning FM services provider on the Salisbury Plain, you’ll be responsible for creating scopes of work packages for a range of commercial build projects.

• Carry out feasibility studies, advise on the H&S aspect of buildings and projects.
• Advise on energy use and conservation.
• Review survey findings and prepare Scopes of Work for agreed lifecycle works, so that the works can be delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Ensure that any supporting surveys (e.g. asbestos, protected species, specialist technical surveys) are completed to ensure the works are fully scoped
• Consult with stakeholders including Building Control, Planning, Fire Officer, to ensure the works are fully scoped

Experience & Skills:

• M&E/Building Services qualified
• Current knowledge and understanding of CDM and building regulations
• Ability to write scopes of work/tender packages
• Health & Safety qualified
