Job Description

Our client is an award-winning Estates Management provider with a long term contract to maintain various commercial/industrial MOD assets on the Salisbury Plan.

As an Asset Manager your role will encompassing several critical responsibilities, including the management of an estate programme of future lifecycle works, leading a department in the production of Scopes of Works and Estimates and carrying out Condition Surveys.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Industry recognised qualifications in engineering, building services or FM. Ideally to a minimum of HND level with association to a relevant technical body.
  • Sound understanding of surveying of large, complex estates, including data management.
  • Pervious experience in planning and pricing maintenance, lifecycle and change programmes.
  • Proven staff management experience.
  • Experience of managing commercial or government asset portfolios.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Full driving licence.
