Our client fulfils a critical role providing capability research, experimentation, operationalisation and through life mission management services for their Defence and National Security customers. In a world that is becoming more and more uncertain, this work has never been more important, with their customers depending on their services to deliver an advantage where it matters most, and at an increasing pace.

The services they provide generate huge volumes of data ranging from: instrumentation data; modelling and simulation data; to data resulting from deep analyses of the capabilities of the most advanced defence systems. Accelerating the ability to exploit this data faster and in new ways, such as applying Artificial Intelligence, requires them to transform their data management and exploitation architecture.

We are therefore looking for an Enterprise Data Architect to lead establishment and execution of a vision and roadmap which will revolutionise data management and exploitation across their services. This will be a key role, having broad influence and with potential to make a very positive impact.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Experience of executing large scale enterprise data management, integration and transformation programmes.
• Strong leadership with ability to be self-motivated, work independently as well as part of teams, to deliver key strategic outcomes.
• Deep technical and functional experience of data management, data integration and data architecture.
• Excellent understanding of new and innovative data related technologies and the opportunities they provide to enhance our clients’ offerings.
• Desirable 10-15 years working across Data Architecture.
