Job Description

We have an excited Commercial Manager opportunity within a leading Estate Management organisation location across Wiltshire and Hampshire. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Tidworth, Wiltshire.

Key Purpose of Role:

• Work closely with the Finance and Commercial Director in leading all commercial aspects of the company’s business and provide commercial support to the Executive and Senior Management Team (SMT).
• Work closely with the other SMT members to ensure any aspects of change, construction, FM assurance, and Lifecycle which could have a detrimental impact on future liabilities or risks are mitigated.
• Fulfil responsibilities as a member of the SMT supporting the Executive by providing timely advice, information and recommendations on strategic matters and opportunities for improvement in the way business is run.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree qualified in your relevant discipline.
• Professional body membership.
• Full driving licence.
• Commercial experience and contract management skills in delivery
  of large-scale infrastructure projects and associated FM services.
• Depth of knowledge of contract terms and conditions, drafting,
  interpretation and negotiation.
• ICT literacy – sound working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and
  Outlook.
• Previous experience working with a small senior multi disciplined
  professional team.
• Knowledge and experience in Private Finance Initiative contracts
  (or similar leveraged finance transactions)

Preferable:

• PFI (or similar leveraged finance transactions) knowledge from the
  special purpose vehicle’s perspective.
• Experience of working with public sector client and/or working on
  MoD estate.
