Our client is an award winning Facilities Management support provider with a long term contract to maintain various commercial/industrial MOD assets in Wiltshire & Hampshire.

Your primary responsibility as an Asset Data Manager is to manage the department who collate, update and maintain an accurate Facilities Management Asset Database, including maps, drawings and asset plans.

Amongst other key responsibilities related to service delivery, you will oversee compliance, and work closely with stakeholders to create and deliver surveying and Lifecycle strategy for the business.

To excel in this role, you must know how to manage commercial or government asset portfolios and have knowledge of data management and a sound understanding of surveying of large, complex estates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Industry recognised qualifications, ideally to degree level or equivalent.
• Data management experience across large diverse asset portfolios.
• Proven line management experience within a technical environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Health, Safety and Quality.
• Hold or have the ability to gain government security clearance.
• Full driving license.
