THE JOB
You will be working with executives and key decision makers within Defence Technology, Engineering and the Built Environment. You must be motivated and confident in your ability to persuade, negotiate and meet the requirements of both your candidates and clients.
Your clients will often be large-scale multi-national organisations and highly conscientious professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing talented professionals and placing them with your specialised clients, maintaining constant communication by phone and email, as well as regular face-to-face meetings.
